Jeff Mester ~ Personal Trainer

Jeff's  strength and conditioning experience includes 14 years in Major League baseball with the Brewers (2006-15), Reds (2003-05) and Pirates (2002) organizations.  

He has also worked for a total of 4 years at the Division 3 and Community College levels and was a personal trainer at Gunderson Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse while working on his degree.  Jeff received his Master’s Degree from UW-La Crosse in Exercise & Sport Science / Human Performance.  

Jeff has worked with all levels of athletes - from middle school to the professional level.  

His certifications include the CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), RSCC (Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach), USAW (United States Weightlifting) and Functional Movement Screen certified and CPR-1st Aid through the American Red Cross.

Alexa Richardson ~ Personal Trainer 

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Alexa completed her bachelors in Sociology with a certificate in Criminal Justice. 

She is a member of the Wisconsin Track Coaches Association, a certified Interscholastic Coach, and am in the process of completing her American College of Sports Medicine Personal Training certification.
